Bookings

Any request made on the site constitutes a booking request, not an automatic confirmation. Final validation depends on availability, operational conditions, weather, site access, safety, and the specific arrangements for each excursion.

Prices and Information

The rates and details shown on the site are indicative and may change. Our team confirms the exact terms applicable to your booking before any final validation.

Payment

No immediate payment is required when making a booking request. Payment terms — generally in cash on the day of departure, paid to the driver — are communicated to you at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation

Day trips can generally be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Multi-day tours and premium services may be subject to specific rules, communicated at the time of booking.

Liability

Itinerance Plus cannot be held liable for indirect damages, personal losses, or events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure and exceptional weather conditions.

Traveler's Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate information when booking, to respect the agreed schedules, and to follow the safety instructions given by our guides and drivers.

Partner Service Providers

Some experiences (desert camps, accommodation, additional activities) involve external local partners carefully selected by our team.

Intellectual Property

All content on the site (texts, photographs, logo) is protected. Any reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will always be preferred before any legal action.
